An exchange or store credit will be issued for all merchandise which is returned within 10 days of customer's receipt according to the following return procedure. To request an exchange or store credit:

Please contact us via E-mail or phone within 5 days of the receipt of your merchandise to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping address. You must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return address by quoting the order number. The Return Authorization Number (RAN) should be clearly marked on the outside of your return package.
